This is a very cute French Bed in rosewood with very fine carving on the cartouche, and a great diamond pattern on both the headboard and footboard. The bed has a maximum width of 55" and a maximum length of 80" while holding a mattress that would measure 48" x 75". The headboard stands 53" tall and the foot board is 37 1/2" tall in the middle. This is a wonderful little antique unmarked French Majolica piece in mint condition. I guess that this would be a small planter or tureen. It does not appear to have had a lid. The colors are nice along with the ornate details and good handles. It measures 7 1/4" from handle to handle. It stands 4 1/4" tall and is 3" deep.

TOO LATE 

This an interesting period Art Nouveau Majolica glazed pottery vase. The color, design, craftsmanship and patina are great and is definitely in the Majolica family. The rounded and twisted handles gives this piece its look. This unusual vase measures 8” tall and has a maximum diameter of 6 ¾” and has a 3 ½” diameter base. Great looking with your Majolica Collection.

This is a great looking French Majolica plate that features two cute little children riding the see-saw. The color and patina are wonderful. This green bordered piece is in very good condition for being over 100 years old. There is normal wear and the crazing that can be seen in the images. We have another one like it in stock and one similar piece currently with a blue border. It is a fine piece that measures almost 8”.
